To a very special person in my life, to my brother by choice, to my soul mate, I miss you, knowing that you're there for me, meant a lot, you stood by me through my darkest hours, and for that I'm eternally thankful

i like this triptych. my only ciriticism is that his face is not in focus in the first picture...i'm not sure, if that's due to his own movement or yours.
that aside...and keeping in mind the "lack of symbolism" of the easel, i actually find it's placement interesting. you used the easel to frame is face in all of the shots and your choice of seeing as the "artist" see's him also adds another dimension. from an artistic point of view, we often take images/paint/sculpt that which touches us and of which we admire. With your comments in mind, as well, we get a sense of your admiration of him. In other words, it seems more personal, than if it was just a straight shot.
In the first picture, he was indeed moving, they were a series of Shots, actually mostly wasn't intended I was just setting my Camera for a Painting shooting session -that were supposed to be placed on the easel- and he was leaning against the wall smoking and day dreaming, so I took the opportunity and caught a moment of him, then I asked him to pose for a few more shots, I liked positioning him likewise, it gave a sense that you captured correctly, he is a very close person to me, and I really enjoyed making this colage, might post some more pics of him as well, since he's quite photogenic, and I know some of the ladies will agree with me
